Message of April 11 was read, stating the House passed SENATE                  
JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 22 with the following amendment:

	Delete maximum                                                                
Page 2, line 11, following selecting:                                          
	Insert military areas of operation within                                     
                                                                               
and so,                                                                        
                                                                               
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 22 am H                                           
Inviting the United States Department of Defense to                           
select Alaska as the site to base and train military                           
troops.                                                                        
                                                                               
is returned for consideration.                                                 
                                                                               
Senator Leman, Acting Majority Leader, moved that the Senate                   
concur in the House amendment.
